Taps are dry again in some parts of the Klang Valley, barely three weeks after the previous water cut. And with Deepavali preparations in full swing amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the latest distruption has fuelled anger and frustration. Many are demanding answers to the all too frequent water cuts.
