“The reaction was positive, my students loved it, and I’ve been teaching a more upbeat style of Pilates ever since,” she wrote.

One of her YouTube subscribers Sherie Mae Janz comments “Blogilates is fun because she comes up with hard workouts and pairs it with some current songs which are pretty catchy so it keeps the mind off the difficulties of the workout.”

“She also talks a lot to get our minds off the pain,” adds Sherie.

On top of the great workouts, Sherie adds that Blogilates also has segments on healthy eating.
