Confidence is crucial

Also I seem to have a small organ, is there anyway that I can lengthen it? Non-erect is at around 1inch, after erection is around 5 inch. I am a bit embarrass on this especially stepping in public shower rooms where every man can see each other's willy. - Andrew.

Q: My concern is my son who is 11 years old. The sizes of his testicles are different, as one is bigger than the other. My son claimed that the smaller one is due to an impact during Taekwondo injury few years back.

The other matter is concerning my husband. He visited a GP for low sexual performance last month after constant persuasion from me. The GP doc says is normal for a guy aged 43.  Is it true?

He cant perform even he wanted to. He has difficult to harden (Not sure what the correct word for it) and sometime, can’t control and shoot up quickly. - RC

A: Wow, you are a real supermom and super wife! Fear not, Dr. G is here to help.

First of all, your son is eleven years old. You probably should be less involved in the ball inspection and let your husband take over the role. This will also give them a male bonding opportunity. I really do not think the Taekwondo was responsible for the discrepancy of the sizes of your child’s testicles. Remember he is 11 and embarking on the wonderful world of puberty. The testicles are the engines of the hormonal rollercoaster ride, and therefore may be different in sizes due to different rates of growth. Besides, most men would have slightly different size testicles anyway.

From the sound of things, your husband should be the one we must help. He is 43 and has low libido, erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. These may be early signs of poor health. Low libido is usually associated with low testosterone, which some clinicians refer to as late onset hypogonadism (AKA male menopause). Erectile dysfunction at such young age may actually be the precursor of hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia or even depression. And lastly, premature ejaculation at this age may be stress or depression related.

So, are you worried enough? After all, it is not just about sexual health. It is his overall health.
My advice…. Get the rattan out and get him to the clinic!
