Going cashless is not convenient for everyone


I THOUGHT that the KTM Komuter would be a blessing to us commoners, that it would allow us to get from point A to point B without any hassle. Recently, I was extremely disappointed to learn that this is not so.

Upon reaching the ticket counter at the KL Sentral station, I discovered to my horror that my cash would not be accepted. The young man at the counter told me that they do not accept cash. Well, I had nothing else but cash with me then.
