WE, the undersigned organisations, call upon the Federal Government to immediately exclude the Election Commission (EC) from its Sekolah Angkat Madani and Kampung Angkat Madani initiatives. We find the EC’s involvement in such initiatives deeply perplexing and problematic.
The EC itself must ensure its independence and impartiality remains intact all times.
