MALAYSIA has long stood firm on principles of justice, sovereignty and fairness in the international arena. We have been unwavering in our support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, and we continue to speak out against injustice and oppression wherever it occurs.
At the same time, we have pursued an independent foreign policy that reflects our national interests, including our openness to deepening partnerships with emerging global frameworks such as BRICS (comprising Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia, Indonesia and Iran).
