WE refer with deep concern to the StarMetro report “New fleet of 320 vans to boost Rapid KL On-Demand service” (The Star, May 12; online at bit.ly/4kr8Y5R).
The report states that Rapid KL’s On-Demand service will be expanded with the addition of 320 new vans by June, and that these vans will have designated seats for persons with disabilities.
