Hold those in charge accountable

I REFER to the article, “Calls grow louder on harsher penalties for polluters” (The Star, July 25). It is clear that Klang Valley residents are sick and tired of the frequent disruptions to their daily lives and businesses due to water pollution.

Fomca president Datuk Dr Marimuthu Nadason has rightly slammed the authorities involved in water supply and demanded greater accountability.
