ON a visit to Kelantan during Chinese New Year, I noticed the influx of tourists, who were taking advantage of the long festive break as well as school holidays, in the state capital, Kota Baru.
The large number of visitors was certainly a boon for local businesses, but it created a problem for many when to came to find space for parking.
