I REFER to the report “New 2027 school curriculum would include character education, says Education Minister” (The Star, Dec 6).
The Education Ministry’s move to include character education in the new school curriculum to produce students who practise a balanced lifestyle in all aspects, can cultivate lifelong learning, value racial unity and harmony and can develop healthy social relationships is a step in the right direction.
