I REFER to the report “Easing congestion at KLIA” (The Star, Dec 6) about the addition of new counters at the airport’s arrival checkpoints in anticipation of a rise in the entry of foreign tourists under the recently announced visa liberalisation programme.

The report also quoted Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail saying that those who arrive in the country are required to fill up the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) for the purpose of tracing their whereabouts.
