Ranking not the sole measure of excellence


WE refer to the letter “Top five should aim higher” (The Star, Aug 2) wherein the writer congratulated the 28 public and private universities in Malaysia on their outstanding achievement in the 20th edition of the QS World University Rankings, and also made some recommendations on how the institutions may further enhance their position.
