Give clear guidelines to file claims

I REFER to the report “Covid-19: Over RM2.5mil paid to 150 people who suffered serious side effects to vaccine, says Dr Zaliha” (The Star, June 7).

While it is commendable for the government to implement such compensatory measures, there should be more transparency and clarity regarding the procedures and methods to file a claim.
