THE Association of Consulting Architects Malaysia (ACA:M) welcomes the Prime Minister’s and Local Government Development Ministry’s efforts to expedite the approval process for development projects by local authorities (LA) by means of reviewing the One Stop Centre (OSC) 3.0 Plus, particularly the reduction of the approval period from 42 to 21 days.
As a professional organisation representing the private sector, specifically architectural consultancy practices, ACA:M suggests that these improvements be implemented as soon as possible.
