TNB to appeal against decision


WITH reference to the news article on the decision of the Magistrate’s Court of Klang dated April 28 regarding Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s (TNB) claim against Muhammad Eazrie Hafizie Md Aris (“TNB ordered to pay factory worker RM30,000 in counterclaim”, The Star, May 1; online at bit.ly/star_tnbclaim):

TNB would like to inform that, based on a review of the decision in this case, TNB has the basis to proceed with an appeal; the appeal will be filed at the High Court of Klang soon.
