Suggestions to reduce traffic congestion

DURING the recent Hari Raya holidays, my family and I were among the thousands of travellers caught in massive traffic jams on the highways.

It took us almost eight hours on the third day of Hari Raya to reach Kuala Lumpur – double the usual time of four hours. It was a frustrating experience, especially with small children who needed constant attention during the journey.
