Major facelift imperative for KLIA

WHILE travelling via KLIA Terminal 1 recently, I was dismayed to see the airport in dire need of significant improvements. From the non-functional aerotrain service (pic) to the confusing signboards and faulty travelators, my experience was marred by numerous inconveniences and frustrations.

What is particularly concerning is the state of the departure gates. Rusty chairs and malfunctioning lights within the Gate C area create an unpleasant and uninviting atmosphere for travellers.
