MANY parents welcomed the Education Ministry’s institution of the Dual Language Programme (DLP) to teach Science and Mathematics in Bahasa Malaysia and English in 2016.
The onus then should be on the ministry to ensure that it succeeds, and not simply leave it to parents to have running duels with state education departments.
