AS a police retiree, I was offended by a politician’s claim that there was a conspiracy in the investigations by the police, in particular the Sentul District Police Headquarters, on the Jom Ziarah case.
What he said is unfair and has cast aspersions on the police. Every citizen must have full confidence in the process of our laws. I strongly believe there should not be an iota of distrust in police investigations.
