Praying for change in Socso policies

I AM 71 years old and was diagnosed with stage four ALK-positive lung cancer in December 2013. The cancer, which is due to abnormality in my genetic makeup, requires direct therapy treatment that is extremely expensive, ranging from RM10,000 to RM30,000 per month.

During the first two years, the treatment cost me more than RM450,000, but I am now on a subsidised programme at University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC).
