I REFER to the letter “We need laws against cyberbullying” (The Star, Aug 18; online at bit.ly/star_cyber). I agree; Malaysia needs laws on everything Internet-related.
But there is a fine line among these three things: bullying, freedom of speech, and being witty. Most of us don’t know the difference.
