PUBLIC Service Department director-general Datuk Seri Mohd Shafiq Abdullah has instructed every public servant to be positive upon receiving views, suggestions or criticism from any stakeholder to improve the delivery of public service.

“A public official should show a responsive attitude towards feedback and complaints made by public services customers,” he said in a letter dated Aug 8, "Code of conduct vital in civil service" (The Star; Aug 11; online at https://bit.ly/3p9Tclg).
