Task force on corruption more useful

WE have to accept the fact that price hikes and inflation in our country are unavoidable and here to stay, sadly.

But I was rather amused to read that the government has set up a new task force called Special Task Force on Jihad Against Inflation – don’t we already have the National Recovery Council headed by Tan Sri Mahyuddin Yassin looking into this matter? Is this an indication that the council is failing its duties and a new committee of the same kind is required?
