THE government announced recently that there will be a new ceiling price for chicken, but the amount is yet to be decided. This is a U-turn to an earlier announcement that the ceiling price would be removed.
On the other hand, no new announcement has been made regarding the ceiling price of eggs or the removal of subsidies for cooking oil.
