Mortifying experience at toll plaza


I WAS driving alone late at night, stopped at a toll booth and waved my Touch ‘n Go (T&G) card at the scanner, only to be greeted by the robotic beeping of “Insufficient balance”.

Panicking, I was dumbly trying to use other backup T&G cards when an officer walked over and told me to reload my card at the reload booth. I happened to be on the middle lane while the reload booth was at the second last lane of the toll plaza.
