It pays to be a senior citizen sometimes

I WOULD like to share my experience at the Immigration office in Butterworth where I went to renew my passport a few days ago. I was prepared for the worst after reading articles in newspapers and social media about the long delays and frustration involved in applying for or renewing a passport.

But I was in for a pleasant surprise.
