RENEWING my passport at the Immigration Department in the Urban Transformation Centre in Johor Baru on Wednesday was a nightmarish experience.
The crowd was very large and chaotic. There was no way to practise physical distancing as we were all shoulder-to-shoulder and back-to-back in the queue.
