Bersih’s recommendation for anti-party hopping regulations in Malaysia


THE Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih) submitted on May 9, 2022, our written submission to the Parliamentary special select committee (PSSC) on Constitutional Amendments to Restrict Party Hopping.

This written submission was requested of Bersih and others by the Bahagian Hal Ehwal Undang-Undang on behalf of the PSSC on April 27, 2022, as part of the consultation process with civil society and other stakeholders.
