World community must act against apartheid

THE Muslim Youth Movement of Malaysia (Abim) welcomes statements made in international human rights body Amnesty International’s recent report, “Israel’s Apartheid Against Palestinians” claiming that Israel is an apartheid state based on the regime’s inhumane policies towards Palestinians.

Abim stands by the point that such a declaration should have been continuously asserted over the past few decades given that Israel’s brutal acts against the Palestinians have continued for decades.
