Education Ministry must state its stand

WHILE scrolling through Facebook recently, I came upon an article about Ain Husniza Saiful Nizam, who made headlines earlier this year after she revealed on TikTok that a teacher had made insensitive remarks about rape while in the classroom.

The article reported that Ain and her father, Saiful Nizam Abdul Wahab, were planning to countersue the teacher after he sent a letter of demand to Ain seeking RM1mil as compensation for alleged defamation.
