Still awaiting digital cert after four months

I AM a senior citizen in my late 70s and wish to express my disappointment and frustration with the fact that after having been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 for four months, I have yet to be issued the digital certificate saying so on the MySejahtera app.

I received my first shot of the Sinovac vaccine on June 17. Prior to giving me the jab an officer checked my IC number against the number recorded in the MySejahtera app on my handphone and discovered that the last digits did not match.
