Too many subjects to study for the SPM exam

THE new timetable for the written SPM exam that will be announced soon will most probably be a week or more longer than the current 24 days that had parents up in arms (“Revised SPM 2021 timetable will be released soon”, The Star, Nov 23; online at bit.ly/star_revised).

A longer exam timetable will help students to not become overstressed by a tight schedule. Some students may need last-minute revision while many have studied consistently even during the Covid-19 pandemic period of mostly online lessons.
