TOKYO Olympics 2020 ended with the United States having a last gasp push to surpass China in the medals tally, and our own Datuk Muhammad Azizulhasni Awang posting Malaysia’s best perfomance in this Games with a silver.
As the sports extravaganza came to a close, one might have wondered what the appeal of the Olympic Games is, as people in the millions throughout the world suddenly took notice of sports, some of which they barely know and much less care about.
