When we took him for his first dose in Penang, he was still terribly nervous and apprehensive. It was the professionalism of the staff at the vaccination centre that won him over. They took the time to talk to him and answer all his questions. He later told us that he felt no side effects whatsoever, and has since become an advocate for vaccination to his group of elderly friends.
