Give us physical textbooks

NOTE that there has not been a physical distribution of textbooks by the Education Ministry prior to the new schooling year. This affects ALL students. As a parent, I just received notice of this over the weekend from a school teacher.

I also received a link to a Google drive with the e-textbooks. Upon closer inspection, these are hastily scanned.pdf files resulting in roughly 100MB+ sized files each. Now, assuming my child needs about 10 books, we are looking at over 1GB of storage/network bandwidth for interactive sessions and referral. How many parents have the right device or means to support this (out of their own pocket)? Multiply this overhead on an hourly/daily/weekly basis for the duration of the PdPR (home-based teaching and learning).
