No relief during beach holiday

DURING this year of the Covid-19 pandemic, the opportunity to visit a beach and reconnect with nature would certainly be welcomed as it would help to relieve stress that has accumulated over the past months.

One of my favourite places is Cherating and I normally make an annual pilgrimage to the pristine and peaceful beaches there. Unfortunately, my recent trip was spoiled by the noise and air pollution of many four-wheeled rental vehicles that whizzed across the beach in front of the resort where I was staying.
