Pos Malaysia resilient in fulfilling obligations

POS Malaysia refers to the letter by Vic, “Bring back overseas mail service” (The Star, Dec 5) on the suspension of our international mail service as well as the increase in postage rate of mailing greeting cards. On the first matter, Covid-19 has caused restrictions and closure of borders, suspension of flight services and closure of airports or seaports globally.

These disruptions are beyond our control and we will commence our international service once the situation improves.
