No place for violence in religion

The Malaysian Consultative Council of Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and Taoism (MCCBCHST) is deeply saddened to hear of the rising religious tensions in parts of France that have resulted in the loss of innocent lives.

The MCCBCHST sincerely extends its prayers and condolences to the families of the victims. At a time when the world is confronting a global pandemic, such acts of violence and savagery only causes more pain and confusion to an already fragmented and polarised society.
