THE Malaysian Trade Union Congress (MTUC) Penang Division takes notice of the statement issued by Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan that a task force was formed in July to ensure that the rubber-based industry complies with labour legislation. However, we wonder whether the task force includes workers’ representatives?
