I FULLY agree with Concerned Respondent’s letter, “Instead of interviews, let us fill forms ourselves” (The Star, Oct 6), wherein a request was made for the Statistics Department to issue forms for residents to fill up instead of person-to-person interviews and/or e-Census.
Personal interviews should not be encouraged due to the spike in Covid-19 infections while e-Census is not appropriate as not everyone, especially the elderly, is IT savvy.
