The Malaysian Bar is alarmed by the rising number of Covid-19 cases in the country in recent days, especially in prisons in Kedah and Sabah.
Currently the Alor Setar prison in Kedah has been placed under a targeted enhanced movement control order (MCO) for 14 days due to the sudden spike in infections.
