I REFER to the report “Task force spells out plan to regain FAA standing” (The Star, Aug 27).
The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) must seriously look at working closely with the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and not only with the United States watchdog, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), if it wants to succeed in this venture.
