BETTER late than never; that’s what one might say of the Prime Minister’s statement that the Perikatan Nasional government’s stand is that all Malaysians are bound by the law and no one is exempt, “PM: No one is above the law” (The Star, Aug 25).
But what does “no one is above the law” actually mean?
