I AM wondering why the Smart Tag lanes at toll booths are being taken over by RFID. I have been using the Smart Tag since it was introduced, but I cannot use it at many toll booths now.
I do not mind converting to RFID but why do I need to pay another RM35 to install it when my Smart Tag device is still in good working order? Moreover, RFID cannot be interchanged between cars.
