I VISIT the eye specialist clinic in Tuanku Jaafar Hospital, Seremban on a regular basis to get my injections for AMD (aged-related macular degeneration).
I was there on June 30 for an 8am appointment, but I arrived 53 minutes late. After waiting for more than three hours, I was finally able to see the doctor, only to be told that he could not give me the injection that day.
