The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih 2.0) calls on all eligible voters for the Chini by-election in Pahang to perform their duty safely in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. We believe that this event that is vital to a democratic system should proceed; however, preventive measures to curb the transmission of Covid-19 must be taken by all parties.

Bersih 2.0 would like to propose several recommendations to the Election Commission (EC) in how the by-election that is set for July 4 can be conducted safely.
