MANY countries, Malaysia included, have instituted lockdowns and tightened their international borders in order to stop the spread of Covid-19. This has made travelling (even on an emergency basis) really difficult.
We have read or heard the pleas by parents for the authorities to help bring back their children/loved ones from overseas during this global lockdown period. I must congratulate the Foreign Affairs Ministry for their success in bringing our citizens back from India last month.
