On the lookout for harmful games on social media

IF you follow TikTok (a video-sharing social networking service that’s very popular among the youth nowadays), you should know what the skull-breaker challenge is. Basically, it involves three participants standing next to each other in a row. All three jump up together. While they are aloft, the two on each side quickly kick the person in the middle to knock him/her off balance. The two then bang their heads together.

It sounds dangerous, doesn’t it? But it is more than dangerous; it can be fatal! There have been reports of teenagers sustaining injuries, including severe concussion and instant pressure headache, after participating in this challenge in the United States.
