Let’s hear it for national summer camp

“HEAR, hear” to Prof Mohd Tajuddin Mohd Rasdi’s proposal for a special two-month national summer camp for our teenagers so they may learn to accept their differences and live in harmony, “Manifesto priorities on my mind” (The Star, Nov 26).

In our diverse Malaysia, it must always be borne in mind at all levels of society that while we may be different in ethnicity, religion, etc, the key to our progress is mutual respect and harmony.
