Solution to holiday traffic jam woes

I AM writing this letter in the hopes that the Transport Ministry will get the relevant authorities, especially toll operators, to help solve the problems motorist face on weekends and the beginning and ending of holidays. I refer to the journey from Kuala Lumpur to the East Coast as an example but my suggestions can also apply to other highways and tolls.

Problem: The main cause of the jam in the Gombak area in Selangor is the Gombak toll. Solution: At the start of the holidays, get toll operators to set up and/or convert more booths for East Coast-bound traffic. If traffic is heavy from KL to the East Coast, convert some booths from the East Coast–KL direction.
